toxins can build up in our body through diet, drugs, as well as through many other mediums of consumption and interaction with our modern external world.

detoxification is the process of removing toxic substances or qualities.

ayurvedic medicine suggests that the two best times of year to aid in the cleansing of our bodies are the seasonal transitions between winter & spring, and between summer & fall. as the cherry blossoms start to bloom here in vancouver, now is the perfect time to tune in to and cleanse our inner functions and chemistry~
