we ❤♥❤ cacao Xo

raw vegan truffles

3/4 cup powdered raw cacao
3/4 cup dates
1/8 cup coconut milk
1/8 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract

in a food processor or blender add:

❤ pitted, thinly sliced dates 3/4 C
❤ organic coconut oil 1/8 C
❤ coconut milk 1/8 C
❤ pure maple syrup 1 tbsp
❤ vanilla extract 2 tsp

blend until dates, coconut oil, milk, syrup & vanilla extract become a paste
[there may be a small amount of oil separation]


step 2

in a bowl add date mix with first half of powdered cacao, mix,
add second half and mix until all one thick, chocolate paste consistency.

hand roll mix into balls, refrigerate and enjoy!
